Custom Document Management System
The following documents provide requirements and training for a client-specific document management system, based on a Microsoft Sharepoint platform. These files were created for a non-expert audience, to enable engineers to manage their documents in the absence of a centralized document management team.
The manual and checklist were created in Word using a client custom style template. The Tips & Tricks training files were created in Powerpoint. Graphics were created using screen captures taken with the Microsoft Snipping Tool and modified using Paint or Photoshop, and built in MS Office drawing tools.

RFTrax iSight Vehicle Tracker
The user guide below was created to instruct a non-expert consumer audience in the setup and use of the RFTrax iSight, a vehicle tracking device with a web-based user interface.
The document was developed in Microsoft Word using a client custom style template. Graphics were created using Windows screen captures, modified in Paint and GIMP. Information for this document was captured through use of a prototype device over the course of a week.

Augmentix A+2851 Hardened Server
The user guide and installation/trouble shooting guide below are used with the written consent of Augmentix Corporation. They were developed for expert IT professionals to assist in installation and use of the A+2851 hardened server (a consumer-grade server board modified with heavy-duty chassis, augmented heat transfer equipment, redundant storage, and improved performance and ambient condition monitoring and alarming).
The documents were developed in Microsoft Word using a client custom style template. Graphics were created from OEM server help documentation and AutoCAD drawing outputs, modified using Paint and GIMP. Additional graphics and callouts were created using Visio.
